I usually don't write reviews but the girl in the office named Snow was exceptional in helping me get an issue resolved under warranty. Originally the warranty was not going to be covered but she took the time to speak to the manufacturer and explain all of the issues with the truck. I am very thankful she got involved and assisted me with the extra time to get to the right department within the manufacturer. The company has compassion and cares about customers.

Sales manager was very helpful and didn't let me leave without buying a truck. Pricing was fair, didn't feel pressured yet they really wanted to earn my business and didn't want to lose me to competition. there's a fine line between pushy and professional and these guys are top notch professional salesmen.

Hands down the best customer service and attention to detail we have ever experienced with a Freightliner dealership. We send out high end product and rely on our trucks being up and running properly. Never had any issues and the service team was very friendly with us. Honest price and quick service. Great service! We can't be happier, we recommend Middle GA and definitely 2 thumbs up!

I was looking for a specific part. The parts dept is extremely helpful. They took the time to listen exactly what I needed and "Bingo" got me the correct part and I was up and running. pricing is very competitive, I'm a happy customer

Working with the service department at Middle GA Freightliner has been a pleasurable experience. I work in the office and was give the task of communicating with one of our trucks broken down. The entire staff at service department was friendly and always able to answer my questions ( dictated by my boss ) . Something that I have little experience in dealing with service and technicians. They made me understand what was going on and took interest in making sure I was comfortable with the responses they provided me.

I just wanted to give a thumbs up to the whole crew at Middle GA Freightliner. These guys did a great job on my truck and finished on time and at the price I expected. Very fair shake. From the 1st initial phone call I received courteous professional advise. This was then followed through with the service department as well as open communications advising me of the progress of the repairs. Very professional and fair with the pricing. Middle Georgia Freightliner -Isuzu has worked with us and really has proven that their service department is dedicated to customer service. We originally brought our tractor in for service when we experienced a break-down while traveling through the states. The check engine lights came on and the tractor shut down. We originally spoke to Heath and he was able to get the tractor into the service bay and do an express diagnosis. Unfortunately for us, the results and computer codes showed a problem within the DPF system. Heath immediately advised us we would have to re-power the live load we had been hauling. With this quick assessment we were able to re-power the trailer load and make our delivery, saving us from a bad faith situation with the freight company who we were hauling for. It wasn't a good diagnosis for us and the codes revealed the tractor had a lot of problems within the DPF system. Heath and Middle Georgia Freightliner have been compassionate and shown us they are willing to work with us on the repairs. They have provided multiple options for a repair and have stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process. They have advised us they have been in direct communications with Detroit Diesel (the engine manufacturer) regarding what the next steps should be. After an admittedly rocky start , we are starting to see the sincerity of the dealership. If you read the company's biography you can immediately see that this is a smaller Freightliner dealership, with the grandkids of the founder running the business today. If you need service and take your vehicle here, I am sure they will be fair and do the right thing, as they have demonstrated with us. Heath and the service team has turned us from a customer into a friend. Grandpa would be proud.

I've been doing business with Middle Georgia Freightliner Isuzu for over 6 years and their whole team is top notch!

I was charged $800 to install a $60 single steel fuel line and for one hour diagnostic time. It took them more than two weeks to install the fuel line. I had to wait an additional two weeks for them to schedule the trans work. They obviously did not won't to do the trans work, as they indicate it would take $3000 worth of diagnostic and labor + repairs.
My motor home was left in the street in front of there shop for three days and a weekend. My motor home was tied up with these people for a period of OVER FIVE WEEKS to install a part which should have taken one or two hours at the most, i was billed a additional four hours diagnostic time for incompetent, erroneous fabricated diagnostic results. Their service department is using over charging and elongated service times to drive away motor home customers sent by Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp. I was lied to, charged for work not done. Management and supervision are absent. Avoid this service center at all cost!
