Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! You are paying for them to waste your time and play with your money. Came in on a Friday morning around 11am for a full set and pedicure. Pedicure was okay but should have been better for $23. I didn't leave the shop till 2pm because the guy "Peter" didn't know how to apply gel polish properly , which was an additional $13. Saturday a nail just randomly popped off, Monday two more popped off and as I was on my way to the shop to ask for a refund another one did as well. My real nails did not break, which clearly Poor foundation. The lady was saying that they can only refund me for the full- set and not the gel polish. Then changed her statement and said it is his money, you have to talk to him. No sense of managerial expertise available. They did not want to give me a refund saying that its has been 3 days, but he will fix the nails. WHY WOULD I LET THE SAME PERSON DO MY NAILS IF IM COMPLAINING ABOUT THEM???. Do your self and your pockets a favor and stay away from this establishment! A Waste of $66.00. !!!! #WorstNailShop
