I have used Pet Sitting by Gena for many years and several of my family members use Pet Sitting by Gena too. I cannot stress enough how great Gena is. Pet Sitting by Gena is the most reliable and professional pet sitter in Macon. Gena is trustworthy, reliable, and has a gift for handling animals. One of our dogs tends to be quite a challenge. Gena has never had a problem handling him. That says so much about her. She is absolutely the best there is and we highly recommend her.

Gena has provided pet sitting services for me and for my brother's family for the past several years. Gena is wonderful! She is so caring and patient! My dog has extreme anxiety and Gena was so calm and good with him. She is reliable, flexible (great for when I contact her last minute!), and professional. I feel very comfortable with her taking such good care of my dog!

Gena is remarkable! Each time she has cared for my dogs and cats, she has gone above and beyond what I had asked her to do and exceeded my expectations in all areas....from feeding/watering/giving meds to cleaning-up after them/exercising them/giving them attention. Gena has taken care of my pit bull on numerous occasions. He is hard to handle and does not do well with other people or other dogs. She has risen to the challenge every time and done a wonderful job with him. Not only can she handle this bully...but, she is always responsible, reliable, and very professional. This goes a long way when you are dealing with this breed and temperament. Highly recommend!

I moved to Macon from Virginia in November and I was very nervous about finding someone reliable to help me take care of my 11 year old pup, Bella. I found out about Gena through my apartment complex and I don't know if I can thoroughly express through words to anyone reading this how amazing Gena is. Gena isn't merely reliable but I truly feel that she takes care of Bella as if she was her own. Gena always sends a text letting me know she has been to the house which gives me peace of mind throughout the day. Recently Bella hasn't been well and has had trouble eating and moving around. Gena takes Bella on slow walks in the sun and has even hand fed her so that she would eat something. I am so incredibly thankful that I found Gena and I have someone so loving, caring, and responsible to be there for Bella when I can't be. Gena does a really excellent job with my dog. She's been a huge help ever since I moved into town. She's definitely worth the money!

Gena is great! Practically helped raise my puppy and I could tell she cares about him as much as I did! Also does little things like help pick up and clean without being asked. Gena was an absolute lifesaver and so flexible as well. Nothing but awesome!!

Wow, I just can't emphasize how much of a lifesaver Gena was! I found Gena in Macon and asked if she could pet sit in Warner Robins for 5 days with very little pre notice (last minute issues with another pet sitter). She came everyday, made sure to text when she dropped by and even cleaned up (my two Ragdolls love to pick up toys and objects and place them in random places throughout the apartment or just knock things over). Thank you Gena!!!

I'm so thankful for Gena's help! She comes by each day I'm at work to walk my boxer/bulldog rescue. And she's been so helpful in traing my dog proper leash skills and advice now that I have a furbaby. Gena always sends me a text message so I know Ellie has been taken care of -I always have piece of mind knowing my dog is well taken care of!

Gena is AWESOME! She takes wonderful care of our 5 cats whenever we go out of town, and she is available at a moments notice when we have to leave unexpectedly. She feeds and waters the cats, scoops litter boxes (all three of them!), and she even does extra things like sweeping the litter box area and doing the dishes. She always goes above and beyond. She sends text updates after every visit too, which I love. I can rest easy knowing that the cats are in good hands. I would recommend Gena to anyone and everyone in need of pet sitting services. I would like to offer a huge “thank you!” to Gena Davis for taking care of our two dogs, Lady and KC. We were in a bind, when we had to travel down to South GA for a couple of days and didn't wish to repeat an issue experienced with a local boarding kennel. My wife and I both found Gena to be an absolute delight and our dogs loved her! Gena helped us out on short notice and came right on out to meet and get acquainted with our babies. KC especially is distrusting of others, though was obviously delighted with Gena’s attention. She went the extra mile to ensure that we knew when she was attending, with text messages alerting us both of how the dogs were doing and what she’d done to interact with them. When returning home, we found a lovely pictorial of our babies showing them obviously happy with their treatment. We were very comfortable with Gena looking after our dogs in our own home.

It is with no hesitation whatsoever that I completely recommend Pet Sitting by Gena to anyone who cares enough about their (pet) family to have Gena care for them in their own environment. Thank you so much Gena, your service, efficiency and friendliness was truly appreciated!

I highly recommend Gena as a pet sitter. She has kept my "baby" many times while we go out of town and even out of the country for extended trips. I NEVER worry about Beasley because I know she is in such capable and loving hands with Gena. Truly a treasure!
