DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. I've taken my puppy here since 1 month old and after driving an hour to take her to be groomed I was told they could no longer groome her without proof of her rabies shots, although she was wearing her tag. When we asked if it was possible to call the vet and allow them to tell them they told us no, meaning we'd have to drive another hour back to the vet to get the papers. Will never take her here again. Customer loyalty and common courtesy is something that these groomers do not know.

Some of the groomers are snippy and will argue with the customer. I've had to take my dogs back numerous times because they would forget to pluck the ears, or cut a dewclaw, etc. all included in their price and I always would give them a 20% tip. Disorganized, the store manager has a nasty attitude, and some of the groomers are overworked and underpaid. All the good ones quit due to the management.

Great sale prices on pet food and accesseries if you have a PetSmart Perks card. Coupons make the deal better. Cute cats and kittens in the adoption center.

They have the worst customer service in the retail game. Dont visit hhgregg you will get the run around for sure.
