The food is decent, however, I was lied to due to the lack of communication among the employees. I ordered my food online, called to add garlic sauce, and was then told that they were not accepting online orders and that my order wouldn't process. Due to this, I ordered at another pizza place, only to have the Bloomfield location show up with my food. So unprofessional, and the delivery time is typically over an hour. The delivery guy is nice though...

This store is a joke and is very unprofessional. Not only do they not answer their phones for customers they are late on deliveries and pizza was cold. I demand a refund and talked to the manager who refused my refund unless I brought the pizza back. That is total crap. I didn't pay for crappy service and cold pizza. I want that manager reprimanded or fired. His name is Cory or Corey I don't know how you spell it. He talked over me the whole time I tried to express my concerns and interrupted me. I'm a very angry and inconvenienced customer and want my money back simple as that. You guys as a company need to teach your employees a little more about customer service.

Excellent pizza. Very helpful and cordial staff. Overall experience was A+.
