Dr Shah and her staff are great. They will take of you like you are their only patient. Convenient location and their office is always clean.

I have always been scared of Dentist in General . I hated going to the Dentists office, but I hated Mouth Pain so as a result. Several of my teeth went into disfunction to the point where I couldn't smile anymore . After a few visits with Dr. Shah and her staff I had complete trust in them . They made sure I was aware of everything they were going to perform. I felt NO PAIN for the first time in my life . I had extensive work done . I still have a good bit to go but I'm no longer scared to have it Done . I trust them with what might be My former single greatest fear. I CAN SMILE AGAIN ... TRUST ME if you want your smile back like me . Dr. Shah and her wonderful staff are the ones you'll want to use. Thank you to Dr. Shah and ALL of the WONDERFUL Ladies helping her. I have to go back for more work but I'll be OK . I can use Macon Smiles Now:) :):) I can't say it enough THANK YOU . See you in April. :)

Elite Team! This is not a dentist in a box at a retail shopping center with an inflatable gorilla. Macon Smiles has the most knowledgeable staff I've ever met. I walked out of there feeling like I was treated by the most competent and caring professionals.

Let me first off say the reason I wrote a 1 star rating is to off set the 5 star gushing going on with the previous reviews. The people and dr shaw were very nice and professional. The reason for my complaint and one star rating was the uninterest in my business. I am a contractor and received financing for 50% of my cosmetic dentistry, which I had in cash the other 50% in cash. all the visits leading up to the cosmetic portion were paid out of pocket which was paid always immediately. I never received a call back about my cosmetic procedure and got the impression that I was not good enough or the right north Macon clientele to get a call back for the wax procedure which I paid a thousand dollars out of pocket . In my opinion if you look country and you don't look like you come from money don't bother getting a consultation on having a better smile

I can't say enough how much I appreciate both the front desk staff as well as the dentist and dental assistant. Upon filling out my entry card, i was given this cute gift mug full of dental supplies and then upon leaving, I was given another gift of more supplies. I felt loved as a customer. I was aware of each part of the process which helped ease my internal dental fears and we discussed my dental needs and how to solve them which also put me at ease. They really went above and beyond for me and I am truly grateful for that.



I have never been so excited about a return trip to the dentist! See you guys next week! ♥

Macon Smiles is THE place for an A++ experience for all your dental needs. I found a most pleasant, friendly and down to earth staff at the front desk from the moment I arrived for my first appointment. I've previously been a bit timid at dentist appointments with other dentists in the past, but Dr. Sheila Shah was very friendly and patient, and genuinely interested in taking her time to listen to me tell her my concerns as a new patient. I was treated like a person, rather than a number. Yay!! The hygienists at Macon Smiles are also very good at making you feel comfortable and well taken care of. The friendly warmth I experienced from start to finish at Macon Smiles will keep me coming back. No more dreading a trip to the dentist...I've found my dental home. 5 Star service! My family and I enjoy all of our dental visits. We are always greeted by a freindly staff. It is a great feeling when your child is excited to go to the dentist. Dr. Shah used laser denistry to fill two cavities for my 5 year old son and it was great to know he did not have to receive any shots. Thanks for the great job.

My family and I always feel welcome and we never mind coming to the dentist. The staff is very friendly and very professional. My husband was fitted with a snoring appliance since he was very unhappy with his cpap. Thanks to Dr. Shah - we all get a good night's sleep!

I'm am a very scared dental patient and Dr.Shah and her staff put me to ease! I had a few of cavities and they used the laser on a couple of them. It was great I didn't have to leave with a numb lip!

I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for too many years to count! She is wonderful and so is her staff. My first impressions was WOW... no wait. They seem to value my time!! Then as my children started needing dental care, I was very pleased at how they were treated... Both little ones have been frightened, but the staff was so kind and gentle!!! This office is great for the enire family! Recently, they performed ZOOM whitening on my teeth!! What a treat! I have referred many friends to this office!!

My family and I have been a patients of Macon Smiles for almost 8 years. Dr. Shah and her staff have consistently provided us top notch dental care with a personal touch. My kids especially enjoy the TV's in the dental chair - it makes a visit to the dentist much more bearable!!!
