I have been with this bank since it was Security bank. which is about 16 years. I am sorry to say do to there POOR so called customer service I will be moving to another bank. When you call they say where customer care is number 1. This is totally false as I would like to know what part of customer care is when you call and they put you on hold for over 10 minutes. Thess is just the tip of the iceberg as I have had nothing but problems with this bank in the last couple of years. My advice is not to deal with his bank and find another bank!!!!!!!!!!!!
