You might want to wait until after 6:00 or 7:00pm to shop here, but it's worth it. I say this b/c the "day-shift" sucks. One of the guys is just a flat out a**-h****. But later in the evening, it is almost a fun experience. There are two guys in there, that are a trip! I think they're father & son. The "Dad" doesn't seem to give a **** about much. He is not the best "salesman", in a good way, b/c he shoots you no BS. He will under-sale, just to please the customer. He's given me shot glasses and my girl shot bottles. And the "Son" is much like the Dad. He is much more quiet and reserved, unless you get into a convo w/ him, then he will open up. But he seems genuinely courteous, polite, and very much a gentleman. If it's dark out, and you're a female, he will carry your stuff to your car, even if it's just a pint. My girlfriend is not at all nervous to go there at night. Now days, she won't go anywhere at night. But she feels safe b/c of the younger guy, and the older guy gives her a big head :)
Overall, GREAT EXPERIENCE!

They have changed the staff over the past few years. But there used to be a father and son that was in there every single night I went in there. They would be playing oldies music at a low, but hearable volume. And they were just as nice and helpful as you could ask for. I think the father owned it and his son just helped him While finishing college, a very sharp young man that would break his neck to make sure he helped you do whatever from giving great advice on cigars to carrying your stuff to your car. I sure miss him. But it took 2 people to replace him. He was that good. But I like the new staff too. Its always an experience when you visit. A good one. But I need to ask that boy's daddy what happened to his soon. I hope he's doing well.

After visiting this store, again, this week, for some reason, I felt compelled to write this review. This is the VERY BEST RETAILER that I have EVER visited; not just package or cigar store, but best retailer, period!!!, And I've lived in 4 different states, and I travel all over the country. And because I work and travel so much, I can only visit the store at night. But the 2 guys in there are simply a pleasure to do business with. I think that one of them (the older of the two) owns the store, and the other one is his son. So I think it is a family run business (which I like too). Sometimes another guy works for the son. But the son is probably in his early 20's, and he told me that he is currently working toward his college degree. This young man works exceedingly hard for his father, and always acts like he is so happy to see me every single time I visit the store, and his attitude can put you in a good mood on the worst days. Again, I visited the store again this week and I just felt obligated to write this review because I was having a bad week and the young man in the store simply brightened my day. So I felt the need to tell others about this store that really epitomizes the standard for which all retailers should use for customer service.
