Brenda was the officiant for my son’s baptism in 2013. On the day of the event she arrived late and rushed through the service as she had another event to get to. Four years later I have been in contact with her numerous times because I never received a certificate of baptism for my son. He’s now entering Catholic school and I would like a paper record to provide the school. After waiting weeks for her to send the certificate I have reached out multiple times and still have not received it. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
