This is the WORST paralegal "service" We've ever had. I DONT recommend these crooks to ANYBODY. We went in for a simple statement of facts, and this lady who is wayy too old to be working ANY kind of job. Stalled us for the first week, went on vacation, without notifying us that shed be out for over a week. When we had only a few days left before court. They were already paid in full, and "Spit" out a 1 page "report" that was mostly falsified about or case. The letter looked lie it was typed by a high school student, and had ALOT of "Cut n paste" lies attached to it. (They put in there unknown to us). they dragged thias on for almost 3 weeks, and all we received was a horribly inaccurate 1 page "letter". When we went in the 2nd time we asked for it to be redone. "Tony" the owner of this joke establishment said she would NOT charge us for another "statement of facts" because she fired her assistant. So over ANOTHER week down the line she dragged on, never called us, I made daily calls to her, and all i got was stammering, and al of sudden 10 days before my courtdate, she tried to charge me AGAIN! When we told her that she said "if its all the same case no charge" she DENIED IT, and them kept what garbage they had written in the 1st place! So I have less then 10 days until court and this lady screwed us BAD. She charged 175$ for a single paragraph (the 1st report.) And then refused to help us anymore.



THESE "PARALEGAL" services are NOT monitored by the BBB. So theres NO legal actions you can take against these crooks except small claims court. The 1 document we received from her had SOMEONE esle's name on it, and you can tell it was someones elses case altered for mine. IT EVEN HAD SOMEONE ELSES NAME ON THE BOTTOM! Not MINE! BEWARE these people are crooks! youve been warned.!
