Seann Gracia has given exceptional customer service throughout the eight years of be insured with Elite Home & Auto. As in Insurance Agent mysel. I can be a little demanding and bossy. Having access to the same insurance companies. I have personally discovered that Elite Home & Auto has access to more insurance companies than, I was able too. Highly recommended! They were able to lower our monthly premium, increase coverage, and yet still provide amazing customer service! When my wife was involved in a traffic accident recently - our agent Seann took the time to visit the site and "insure" both she and the other driver were OK. He then helped us initiate the claim process - which went as smooth as silk - and our vehicle was repaired/returned within two weeks! Coolness!
