This place SUCKS!
Upstairs neighbors was always flooding our main restroom and that caused mold to glow like crazy, and every time it flooded we had to clean it ourselves. The same neighbors also washed everything (pet hair, dirt soap water, bones, cigarette butts...)onto our porch so we didn't even get to enjoy it. Complaining to management didn't do any good because it just keep happening. MOLDS! molds everywhere i have never lived in a place that grew molds so fast in my life. Management is nice to you when you first moved in and pay your rent on time but as soon as you let them know you're moving out they tune into B!!&#$ES. Super Rude.

Great management . Best ever . And the ladies who manage office both of them are great . Best place to live on rent in Madera

Many say Madera villa has great management,prompt service,good amenities,and good value.Look these ladies are terrible.They're rude,they don't listen,and they make faces.Our annual barbecue is coming up and I'm not looking forward to it.Last year they marked us like cows,like we live here we pay your rent and u have the audacity to mark us and not let us get what we want .If that's not all,they bring their family and give them all the food they please.Basically what they're telling us is "Bring your family,we'll feed them but not you."So you people that say they're great management haven"t seen it the way we have.In that note,management sucks.
