Wow, I am very impressed with this office. They go out of their way to open early a couple of days a week and they open late on other days to help with your schedule. I had to reschedule my appointment and I got another within the same week. The staff was friendly and the wait time to get called in was 10 minutes or less.

not to go to them they are not helpful with rescheduling of appointments and they charge you 75 for missing an appointment. they ask you to sing up to receive text messages to remind you of your appointments and when you never receive them and miss your appointment they charge you 75 dollars. There care credit program they except when you make a payment and leave a credit on file they take your money with out notifying you of what it is when it was meant for a payment in the first place. The worst dentist office I have ever been to. They charge way more money for stuff here then what they do at other places in chowchilla or other offices in Madera. The staff is not friendly at the front office of who you speak to about appointments and payments or even rescheduling. If you have a buzzy schedule its not a good place to go to either because they do not work with you.
