First of all they are not members of the BBB. This tells you something about a business. This karate studio is over rated, it is way too much to start, and watch out they will give everyone a special rate, if you try to cancel your contract they keep your money, because the contract talks about if you recieve a special rate you don't get a refund like they falsely advertise. This is a money making dojo, beware, they let kids teach the class while the adult black belts sit in the office and scoop up customers and sign contracts. I am not spinning the truth, I just don't want no one had like I was a month ago. Good luck in finding a great dojo and remember contracts should not be the first thing your introduced to when you walk into a karate studio. I know they will probably say i am lying in this but who do you believe a customer or a business. Once again good luck.
