You can tell when you walk in the door that this office staff is close and treat their patients like family. I am always greeted by my first name, or Mr. (insert last name). Sometimes the wait time is a little long, but the staff more than makes up for it with their helpful attitude. The nurses are friendly and gentle. The receptionists are courteous and kind and everyone knows how to make patients feel comfortable. They are also a hilarious bunch! The docs are proficient themselves, however Paula takes the cake. Overall, I give my experience with Madera Pulmonary 10/10.
