The women who work here are terrible. I do not do reviews often; however, I feel it important to share my experience. During interview process they were upbeat and kind. Upon gaining me as an employee their demeanor changed. I have had emails ignored by Novella on multiple occasions. Going out of my way to go in to the office, the girl who works the front desk was extremely rude vocally as well as body language (ignoring me while at her desk, rolling her eyes when I ask her a question, etc). They are not helpful in any way or shape. I have money which was taken from my check which is unaccounted for, and since no one wants to reply to my email there is no way to address the situation without a lawyer. Just to be clear, no I am not an undereducated individual by any means. I hold an advanced degree and I am an effective worker and communicator. These women do not seem to possess the same qualities. If you can avoid them, it would suit you best.

They charge $25 for a drug test. Almost no other temp agency charges AT ALL. Materials cost them less than $1. Plus they can take all costs off of their taxes, so they are the most predatory of the lot. Don't fall for it.
