This is my third property manager I've used on three different properties. The differences are like night and day. I couldn't be happier with Dietrich property management. They take care great care of my property and they take care of any problems that arise quickly!

I would live under a Bridge before ever renting a property from DIETRICH RENTALS!!!!The employees are disrespectful, we rented from them for 3 years, 2 different properties. The 2nd property was $1000 a month and $1000 deposit. The house when we moved in literally had stains all over the walls, which we put on our move in walk through inspection! Our $1000 deposit was kept, after we rented from them for 3 years, with rent coming directly out of our bank account every month so we were NEVER late on rent! I get a job offer 500 miles away in NC so we do not renew our lease after our 3rd year. I messaged Dietrich a week after we moved out to find out where our $1000 deposit was at and was informed that we would not be getting it back due to them having to get the smoke smell out of the house, stains on the walls, and stains in the carpet. 1, WE SMOKE E CIGS so there's no way the house smelled like smoke, 2 there were stains on the walls when we moved in that we clearly documented on our walk through when we moved in. Yes there may have been a couple stains in the carpet, we paid a professional carpet cleaning company before we moved out to clean carpets but there were still a couple stains...not $1000 worth though I assure you that! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCUM OF THE EARTH AND CROOKS!!! DO NOT RENT FROM DIETRICH RENTALS!!! We will be contacting the BBB the Alabama Realty Association, every news station in North Alabama, the Huntsville Times, Decatur Daily, Athens Courier. I will make it my priority before I die to tell everyone not to rent from this company this company is the worst company that you can ever rent from in the whole entire world!!

If you have to rent from someone through an agency, please make sure you use ANYONE OTHER THAN DIETRICH!!



This place has one amazingly wonderful person working there. The organization as a whole, on the other hand, is terrible. We rented a place from them and dealing with their office hours was a joke. They're hardly ever there and charge you late fees when you don't deliver the money in person. One crappy employee in particular will talk out of both sides of their mouth knowing full well the things they are saying aren't true and are not in any way feasible. They'll lose your walkthrough sheet and pretend they have it, then when something that you documented on your walkthrough sheet becomes an issue, they'll totally disregard YOUR proof. There were mud stains that their painters left on the carpet when we moved in. We documented this on our walkthrough sheet; however, when we moved out, they charged us for the stains that THEIR painters left. They tried to blame us for cracked tile that was there before we moved in, and there are a host of other issues that are similar to those things.



Also, they charged us for the use of their contracted cleaning lady, but when we left, they charged us again for the 2nd cleaning instead of charging the new tenants. There are a thousand other complaints I could list, but I won't, because you get the idea. These people are lying, despicable, and predictable landlords. They also had someone move in the day after we moved out, and it wasn't until after this date that they decided to try to charge us. I know that in some circumstance, it's illegal in some states to try to charge a former tenant for certain things after a new tenant is moved in. We'll definitely be looking into appropriate litigation and we'll also be contacting the BBB, Alabama Real Estate Commission, AL Association of Realtors, Valley MLS, Google+, Facebook, http://YP.com, Alexa, Cortera, Manta, Merchant Circle, Superpages, and any other public forum I can access to complaint about these jokers.
