As a doctor, she's fine. The problem is her office staff. She's associated with Huntsville Hospital and the bureaucracy of the office staff is beyond belief! They don't answer the phone. They have attitudes and egos bigger than the hospital itself. If she's going to be out of the office on the day of your appointment, they don't bother to call you to reschedule, so you don't find out she's not there until you show up. Then they offer to reschedule you 2 more days out when you're there with a sick kid with a 103 temp that you've been waiting 2 days already to get in to see her! Expect a 4-hour wait for any appointment. All prescriptions are supposedly sent electronically directly to the pharmacy, but they never show up and her staff will never resend them because she has to reapprove all of them and they never want to bother her. She's a very nice lady, good attitude, seems competent. But unless you have the patience of Jobe to deal with her staff, don't bother!
