Huntsville Civil Engineering is the marketing website for Pro17 Engineering. J. Keith Maxwell is a Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor. He has been working in Alabama as a licensed surveyor since 1989 and an engineer since 1991. Our firm handles projects from as small as a site plan for adding two parking spaces to a building to as large as a 1,000 acre subdivision development. Keith has taught surveying and engineering, has done that same work, and has testified as an expert.
