IHOP in Madison demonstrates POOR customer service. I was told the wait was 10-15 minutes. We waited 30 minutes. Then asked by the rude server how much longer I was going to be at the table because he needed to seat someone else. I asked to speak to the manager and inquired to see if there was a time limited on your seating and was told yes. When they are busy apparently you can not eat longer than a hour! So I asked why it is okay for me to wait 30 minutes to be seated and am rushed to eat. My food was clearly still in front of me.



NEEDLESS TO SAY!! KNOW YOU HAVE A LIMIT WHEN YOU ARE SEATED!!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO IHOP AGAIN!!! I AM NOT GETTING RUSHED WHEN I SPEND MY MONEY AND WAIT TO BE SEATED!!!

IHOP in Madison (hwy 72) just opened 2-3 wks ago. so far it has been great! The 1st visit was not the best, but they had just opened. Since then we have been there several times, it's been great. Fast service, good food, Most of all very close to us!

Food was cold. Management was rude. Never goin there again!
