Shopping at this store has been a wonderful experience for me. i would never go anywhere else. Kelly and Kayla are two great salespersons and have help me numerous times with my purchases. I plan on more visits in the future. Kayla is the expert on Omega Watches and i sure she will guide me in the right direction on my next purchase. Thank you so much ladies!

The people who work here lied to me about the price of the jewelry I was buying. When I asked for the price of the necklace I was interested in I was told it cost $285. In reality it cost $205 and they had already added charge for an extended warranty without asking ($62). I was never told I was paying for anything other than the necklace. She had purposely lied about the cost so when i got the receipt- the $285 at the bottom looked correct. It really disgusted me, and I got a refund. I will never go to this kay jewelers again.
