DO YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH A ANTI SECOND AMENDMENT GUN STORE? The owner of The Last Resort has stated on TV that he wants more gun control and wants all gun sales to have to go through a FFL. Just so he can make more money doing the transfers. Boycott these clowns.

Good customer service, but you will PAY for it. I have a couple of handguns that I have been shopping around for; one of them was $87 cheaper at Larry's, the other was $43 cheaper at Academy Sports. In both cases, Last Resort was around 20% higher than their competition.

Update: since I can't delete reviews on here, I have to make a new one. The instance of the damaged sights was fixed. Once I brought it to their attention how unhappy I was, they bought me new sights and refunded the installation fee. Very pleased with this outcome.

I've had no problems with this place up until today. I dropped off my pistol slide and some sights to have them installed. I picked them up and what do I find? Both the front and rear sights are dented to hell. I went back in and expressed my dissatisfaction and the gentleman apologized and told me that he wasn't happy with the job either. He then went on to tell me that it is difficult to put sights on this certain slide (S&W M&P Shield) because of how little space there is on the sight itself. I asked if they would reimburse me for the sights ($95) and he said no and gave me $100 in range time. I accepted it and left because I was so mad I didn't want to talk to him anymore. Not only is that a poor excuse for poor work, it is not very good customer service. I will be going back to ask for an installation refund ($25) and a full refund for the sights they damaged. I'm extremely unhappy with the way it was handled.

My new favorite place! I'm a first time gun owner and they helped me through everything. They have everything you need and want plus more. The owners and their employees were so nice and don't treat you as a problem. Being a woman, they didn't look past me, like SOME places would have- you know who you are. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

The employees of Last Resort Guns are their greatest asset. They are knowledgeable, honest and very concerned about getting the customer set up with the best application of products. Be it a gun or an accessory they go to every length to ensure you are getting the product that will truly meet the customer's needs. Seems like a lot of stores have lost sight of that objective, but Last Resort seems focused on that goal.

This is without a doubt the best gun shop I've ever visited and I've visited many. Some shops pretend to be interested in helping you but generally for a brief time. Others don't have a clue about the products they sale. Some make you feel like you are just ruining their day by being there. But Last Resort Guns is truly a friendly place to visit. They are genuinely interested in helping. They are willing to try and locate something you want if they don't have it rather than try to pressure you into getting what they have in stock. They don't just try to sell you a gun like most stores I've visited. They take time to find the *right* gun for you. I have never been disappointed in doing business with them. They make you feel like an old friend. They offer certified beginner's courses on safe handling, proper and safe shooting techniques and routine maintenance. They also make the ladies feel comfortable and welcome. They have great ladies working for them. A certified woman instructor is often available. They even offer all-ladies training classes to make the ladies feel more comfortable and I understand that women have been very pleased with the experience. They take the fear out if the experience for the first time shooters. And what a fantastic new indoor range! WOW! And it is a clean place. A professional business. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, you have to check this place out! I look forward to many years of visits to this fine establishment.
