My father and I went to this location last week. We both ordered small steaks, him steak and shrimp, me the brewski sirloin. It took 45 minutes to get food to our table with a mostly empty resturant. When we finally got food, his steak was completely cold and slightly overdone. My brewski steak was rare when ordered medium and onions under the steak raw instead of caramelized. Sent the steak back and received the same steak completely well done and flavorless. The second set of onions were just as raw. Management did nothing for the bill even though the food was clearly not how it was ordered. We went out hoping to have a decent dinner at an ok price. Ended up with 2 steaks that were terrible. Its bad when the best thing you ate for dinner was broccoli....

horrible service, we were told 30 minutes and ended up waiting over 45. way understaffed and half the items on the menu were not available to order. never coming here again

We will never order food from them again. Ordered a to go order and my wife's burger was cold and not cooked all the way through. The fries were stale. My potato was cold and it was wrapped in foil. Gaves us no to go condiments. When my wife picked up the order, the person was an idiot. Couldn't handle more than one thing a time and couldn't find the order. Then gripped about not getting any tips from prior customers. No wonder they are not that busy. They suck. Going back to Longhorn.

On, Sunday, 24 May 2015 at approximately 4:oo P.M., my wife and I arrived at your restaurant. We were taken to a table near the bar area. We went back to the front and asked the lady to seat us in a booth. She was not nice about and she showed she really didn't have customer service on her mind. She took us to a two person booth in the bar area. She never asked us where we would like to sit and there people in the dining room, two to a booth so that could not have been the reason we were not seated in the dining room. We left! We are frequent customers at your restaurant and would like to continue to be customers at your restaurant, however, I won't spend my money anywhere I'm treated like we were treated at your restaurant. We really enjoyed your restaurant prior to this visit and it has always deserved a 5 star rating.
