This company is great IMHO. They got me set up with 3 different types of bikes over the last 2 years. road, touring, and now a fixie. Dave has been really helpful in getting me fit to my road bike and upgraded parts with zero buying pressure.

The owner and some of his employees exhibit classic cyclist snobbery. They run their business like they deserve to support elite cyclists and begrudgingly put up with the majority of their actual business customers who are novice to intermediate level. In other words, their attitude sucks and subsequently their customer service sucks. There are exceptions; a nod to Dave and Ryan. Too bad because their location is awesome of which I live 2 miles away. However, I drive 10-15 miles across town to go somewhere else.
