OPEN NOW - Open 24 Hours

I just read this location is suppose to be open 24 hours. On two occasions now I have stopped to get gas and make a purchase inside and was turned away because the young man in the store informed me that they shut down for shift change??? This is a crock and I seem to have the luck of getting this service every time. I literally drive a few miles down the road to go to another Mapco to keep from going to this one and I literally live blocks from this one. It is a shame because when they first opened the service was amazing. The people were happy and outgoing. Now it is not so much of a pleasant experience. It is clean. I just left there though and no cookies, breakfast sandwiches or pastries had been made yet. There was not hot coffee and when I went to check out the young man behind the counter failed to ring up all of my items. Saw the items on the counter and just ignored them and bagged the rest., I asked him if he saw them and he said yeah but I didn't ring them up? I stood there for a second waiting. For either would like me to ring them up or perhaps sorry I missed that let me get those for you. But no he told me to have a nice day and left them on the counter?? This is the service we get now. Ridiculous.
