A online pizza order was placed at 4:30pm and per their email confirmation should be delivered by 5:20pm. By 6:10pm the order had not been delivered, called the store and was told several times they did not have the order, asked several times for my phone number and then told me I probably did not choose the right location. After all this talked to a manager at this time our pizza finally arrived at 6:12pm, it was hardly even warm and a refund was demanded. The manager finally agreed and I was told it would take a few days for it to be credited back to me. A week later a refund was never issued.

Horrible customer service!

After a week of traveling we were stuck at Huntsville airport. Tired of restaurants, we decided to order pizza. Not only did they deliver to the airport, it was fast, hot, and very good. #blizzard2016

insulted by the owners daughter

Young girl at the counter messed up our order numerous times. After an hour we got home with the wrong pizza. Upon returning to the restaurant the young girl at the counter was pointing at us laughing. Asked for our money back from the manager. When he asked what was the problem we told him the young girl at the counter doesn't know what she is doing. At which time, she stated loudly that she was the owners daughter and she knew what she was doing. When we asked what was her Daddy's name she screamed at us to get the "F" out! Then called my husband an "A" hole. I hope she can get some training or mental health counseling. She's bonkers!

We love Marco's pizza. So glad they're right around the corner from our house on County line road.
