Is there an Option for 'Zero Stars?' The pharmacist there by the name of (supposedly) Haley is a train wreck! She charged for items she should not have and never charged for them before. As veteran, I guess she has a problem with us because of the VA covering our meds. She lied all the way through as opposed to admitting her error. She made excuse after excuse. I told her I'd just returned home from a major surgery but she still insisted on arguing with me. I asked her to fix it. She said she would reverse the charge and that she wasn't going to stand there and argue with me over $6.20 cents! Can you believe that? Honey, it wouldn't matter if it's 0.2 cents!



They changed another insurance to my primary (without asking or telling me about it) and tried to charge me over and over for an item the VA covered. WOW!



Then to say that thing about $6.20??? After us vets have gone over to fight for Haley to keep her way of life here?



My suggestion? Steer clear of that pharmacy. What was once good, has now been soured by Haley. And get this, she says She's the Boss!



God Help Us If She Is!
