Went in for Gel Removal, Mani/Pedi. Nail Tech didn’t know how to correctly polish nails. Polished nails with several mini strokes which left nails lumpy af. Another Tech smoothly polished nails with long single strokes for a smooth finish. I have nice natural nails and only use OPI products (brought own polish to salon). Original Tech was upset that I complained but wasn’t so mad that she retuned $13.00 tip.
