Living on the West Coast most of my life, I came to appreciate the diversity of ethnic foods. When my work took me to the mid-west I really missed good ethnic foods. My work has now taken me to the South, namely Huntsville, AL. I have been pleasantly surprised with the diversity of the population and the the many culturally inspired resturants that dot the landscape. Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant is one of those restaurants. The many courses on their menu are all authentic Vietnamese dishes, with pictures and descriptions . My family will make a point of eating there once a week. We have eaten lunch as well as dinner there and the food has been consistently great. If you are not familiar with the various Vietnamese dishes, the restaurant staff will be more than happy to explain the ingredients and how the dish is prepared. Service is excellent and you never have to wait very long to be served.
