I wish I could give this company negative 5 stars. I purchased a sofa from them months ago and apparently it has been on back order due to corona which is fine and dandy however not once have they called to update me on the status of my order each time it gets pushed back and when I call them I get attitude and horrible, awful, atrocious customer service. I have been trying to cancel my order now for the past 3 weeks and as soon as I’ve said I want it to be canceled all of a sudden nobody will respond to my questions, return my phone calls or emails. I keep calling to find out what is going on and am being given various email addresses to send questions to without getting any answers back. They are just giving me the run around and I am sure this will likely lead to them not returning my money. I will be contacting the BBB soon if they continue to blow me off and not return the money I spent on a sofa I’ll never get. I will never do business with this company again and I hope that by writing this I’ve at least saved someone else some trouble. Horrible company.

They don't deserve even one star. They kept $500 of my friend's money after giving her the runaround for a year. They called her ignorant multiple times and accused her of embezzlement when she requested a refund. I had considered purchasing from them until I heard it all myself from Travis' own mouth. Worst experience ever. They should be ashamed for their actions while claiming to be Christians.
