This address is no longer Toy Box. They left. Open now is Byrd's Playhouse & Christian Learning Center. We did a great deal of cleaning to rid the place of all its gross! Come by and check us out we are open M-F 6a-6p. (256)772-0667 You all are welcome to look us up on Facebook also!!

I'm a parent and was told by a teacher that you can't see the mold because it's covered up by posters.

So perhaps that's why the health department can;t see it.

This daycare also has cracks in the hallway that contains ants.Last year my daughters classroom was full of ants and I had to take her to the doctor because she was covered on her legs in antbites.

When I adressed it to the staff they said it's normal for the ants to get in.

I'm so glad my daughter doesn't go there anymore.Since she's at La Petite we never had bug problems again and the staff there truly cares about the children unlike Toybox.Not a good daycare

My children have been going to center since their births. I have had no problems and have not seen any mold. If mold was present, the Health Deparment would have shut them down. I have not had any problems with the Director/Owner or staff. My children love to go and are learning so much. I give them an A+++.

DO NOT enroll your child in this center. There is BLACK MOLD living on every surface. There are no plans to rid the place of it. DO NOT PUT YOUR BABY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
