Awful! Scheduled early am pickup the day before to go to airport. No record of my request next morning with 15 minutes to go. Guy on phone sounded quite drunk so I drove my car and parked there. Beware.

Here are the facts. We scheduled a pick-up to the airport. We were told the fair would be $35-$40. They did not show up. We had to drive to the airport at the last minute (fortunately we did not miss our flight). A representative from Trans City Cab informed us we would be reimbursed for parking. When we returned from our trip - I was told to fax the receipt, and I tried 3x but their fax machine was not working. I was told to scan it and email it - but the email was rejected due to their inbox being 'over quota'. I mailed a copy and every week was told they would cut a check. After several phone calls - they cut a check. The parking was $150. I was told we would receive around $110. They sent $54, claiming we would have paid them $48 twice for a ride both to and from the airport. Note - we did not have a pick up from the airport scheduled, and the original quote for the pick-up was only supposed to be $35-40. Our friends were planning to pick us up from the airport. Instead of a $40 cab ride to the airport - we had to drive our own car, almost missed our flight, pay $150 (-$54) for parking, not to mention the aggravation of trying to get reimbursed for the parking.

Well let's be honest now shall we? This company was well thought out and is backed by people recognized by the Mayor's Office where they ere established.



They are well respected and immediately picked me up as a regular.



Online booking, clean drivers, intelligent, well spoken, articulate drivers, smart dispatcher, consistent, and so on.



This company is it.
