I contacted WeaverHoldings about a house we wanted to rent from them. After several calls to one of the company’s employees Kim, I wasn’t getting my calls returned, so I called the supervisor Rod and he called to see what was happening and finally I was able to talk to Kim about the house. Kim assured me that the house would be ready in 6 days on Monday 10/1, so I paid the $40 fee to apply. Two days later another employee Linda emailed me stating that the house would not be ready until 10/5 due to it having been cleaned and pictures taken. So even though it was vacant for weeks, they still had not cleaned it nor taken pictures of it. They were showing the place uncleaned. So now it’s Friday 9/28 and I’m in a bind to get a house to rent. When I asked Linda why she didn’t call me, she stated that “we have 300 houses and I don’t have time to spend all day on the phone”. So I contact Rod to make an exception in my case since they had screwed up and put us in a bind. His reply was that he was on vacation and didn’t appreciate being bothered while on vacation then says: “how would you like it if I bothered you while you were on vacation?” My response was, “if my employee screwed up and put a customer out, the last thing I would be worried about would be a few minutes of my precious vacation”.
Bottom line is that these people are incompetent and could care less about anyone else. Rod is too selfish to get the help that Kim and Linda need to run the company the way it needs to be run, and too selfish to care about a customer that was put in a bind by t heir incompetence.

I love working with Weaver Holdings. They are a fantastic company. They take excellent care of their owners. They take fantastic care of their tenants as well. Mr. Weaver has a team of 3 wonderful ladies working for him who do their best to get things done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property manager.
