My husband and I both were patients of Dr. Yousuf for quite sometime. She is an excellent Dr. Her staff, however, has quite a turnover, and never seem to have their act together. We've have issues getting test results in a timely manner, for issues that were serious. We've been sent for bloodwork more than once, and arrived and the lab had no prior paperwork or instructions, even though the office assured us they would provide that. We've been talked to rudely on the phone when calling to ask for results. When we finally had enough, and told the Dr. we were having issues, she told us if we had issues with her staff, we could find another Dr. This was the first time we had ever complained, we usually just tried to work it out. Very disappointing.
