Provided by YP.comAfter the incident when they charged me for the work that should be warranted and refused to refund the money I promised myself not to do any business with them.
I have 3 cars and was using Hammonasett service for years.
However I went there again to do the emergency work on my brakes.
After $1,506.29 my breaks were done.
do you think they took advantage of my emergency situation?
Pinch me!

Provided by YP.comRecently had some services done on a vehicle I had previously purchased there. It was a great relief to see their service writer Chris has returned! As soon as I walk in and see him my worries vanish. Without doubt he goes over and beyond the duties of his job to help

Provided by YP.comWhen looking to see what kind of selection this dealership offered I was pleasantly surprised to see what they had available. The pricing was on point and still gave me what I was looking for in a vehicle. Don’t think that just because you don’t have the largest budget you should settle. I would recommend Hammonasset Ford dealership.

Provided by YP.comYou cannot ask for a better dealership nor a better deal when it comes to purchasing a new Ford. The entire staff, from CherylAnn, who handled our sales (that's right; two in one year!) and truly adheres to the "no Haggle necessary" motto of this place, to Rodney, who briskly and without pressure handles the financial paperwork, to the service department, who are conscientious, competent and cordial, a rare mix back there in the garage! If I needed another car, I'd be back in a flash!

Provided by YP.comFound a nice Mercedes and traded in my Audi... Turned in 4 keys with my Audi and received one for the Mercedes. I was told they would get the second one, but never received it. They never called...took me calling back to be told to go get a key made and keep the receipt for a credit if I go back and buy another car. What a deal ha! Received a 2,000 mile/one month dealership warranty and purchased a 2 year Premium Care Warranty, reported that that windshield washer tank was leaking and they said I had my warranty (referring to the warranty I purchased and not thiers). Nothing positive like take it in for a replacement, but to take it on my own. My guess is they don't care once you take the car of the lot because they expressed no inclination to make the repair. Oh, didn't mention I put 500.00 down on the Mercedes and had to wait 5 days for them to replace a seatbelt... That doesn't show importance or care of customers now does it? I wouldn't recommend any business because my experience was terrible...Much unlike my experience I had buying 7 other cars (5 were new purchases at other dealerships that were Grade "A").

Provided by YP.comI bought a used vehicle and had to wait 5 days to have it ready because they lied about replacing the seatbelt. Put money down and was told they were replacing the seatbelt spring in service at the time of the call. Made two trips to find out the repair was not made and the part wasn't even at the service department. What a lie...number one. Then when I was taking the car away, finally, I asked for the second key and was told it was locked up. After three weeks and not receiving a second key I was told to go to a dealership and buy one, then keep the receipt for a credit after going back to buy a second car. I was dumbfounded and wondering what kind of business they were running. I didn't get call backs on key, had to wait five days for a seat belt and still I am not satisfied...I won't go back for anyhintg let alone another used vehicle. The Salesman didn't do anything to feel important as a customer let alone purchase of a high end priced vehicle. I won't go back...let alone I detected a leak and they want me to come in under my purchased warranty and not their warranty that came with the car. Guess they need or or want ignore their warranty...they want to use my purchased warranty. Called them today and still no resolve on getting the second key or any interest in looking at the vehicle for leak. Guess I have to go somewhere else...think that is what they want me to do and more than likely you if your considering going there.
