He does not represent his clients very well. This attorney made excuses for the contractor as if he was representing him. I was never asked to be part of the negotiations. Yet, Mr. Rubano had discussions with both the lawyer and the defendant. In the end, he pushed me settle and told me it was the best he could do. Cost me a lot of money. It included me losing the chance to have the contractor fix the damages that his work caused to my home. (The stipulation agreement included a "warranty". Guess what? There was none!) Also, when it came to billing, he made plenty of excuses as to why he could not give me an amount. You may wait up to 10 plus months to find out and then find that you are overcharged. I would suggest looking elsewhere....
