Life saver!!!!! We broke do...

Life saver!!!!!

We broke down at the McDonalds off of I-20 in Madison Georgia at about 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Absolutely the worse time for a break down, all repair facilities are closed or getting ready to close. After calling around for someone to tow our van to a garage we got referred to CDR Towing. After talking to Cedric Robertson he told us that he knew someone that may be able to repair the van for us. He got us in touch with Rick Smith at After Hours Auto Repair. We needed a serpentine belt and a harmonica balancer. Cedric called ahead to the local Auto Zone got the belt put aside for us and Ricks fiance' drove us to get the parts. Candy got the parts and proceeded to ask us if we needed to go anywhere else. We got a hotel room for the night expecting to pick up the car in the morning at the earliest. Later that night at about 9:30 pm while we were getting a late dinner at the Cracker Barrel my phone rings and it's RIck asking us where he can bring the van, he's finished and it is ready to go. To say we were surprised would be a huge understatement.

Great work, great customer service in a timely manner and a fair price. You see I work at a Ford Lincoln car dealership and I know what it would have cost me for all the services and repairs. At the place where I work, with my discount, the work including the tow would have been at least twice as much if not more and it would have never gotten done on a Saturday afternoon/evening.

So would I recommend After Hours? Yes, I am trying to figure out how to get my 1991 Ranger down to him so he can do the work on it for me and I live in Fayetteville NC.

Thank you Rick, Candy, and Cedric you guys are really the best.
