I'd been a patient of doctor Hall's for a couple of years and I went to her for treatment on a badly swollen arm. Her initial thoughts was that I had gout but on further testing it was diagnosed as a bacterial infection. I was given an antibiotic which was ineffective as the strain of bacteria was resistant to Penicillin. My arm got worse. So bad in fact I went by there late on a Friday afternoon but I was told the doctors have families to go home to so I'd have to come back some other time. This perturbed me for two reasons. One was the condition of my badly swollen arm and secondly the shocking lack of concern that I'd received from the facility. I expressed my sentiments and left. A few days later my arm so badly infected that I had no choice but to go by and demand that someone assist me but instead Doctor Pam accepted a lie from her receptionist as justification for turning me away by being escorted out by the police! I have never been so poorly treated by a traffic officer for speeding let alone a doctor who had taken an oath to always do the right thing by their patient. She never even bothered to give me an opportunity to state my case.
