Provided by YP.comGod Gracious! If I would have listened to my father about some things growing up I would be much better at handling my possessions. To my good heart I had Royal Flush Plumbing to help secure that I got my moms brains. I felt like such an idiot having to call them to rebuild all the toilets in my house and to install the new lines to the hot tub I was attempting to put in myself. (I will spare you all of the horrible mistakes). Eric was humbled. He brushed off my shame and replaced it with a "problem solved" sticker. He was so well informed on product information and he knew all of the tiny details of how to make it affordable. I was glad to pay him whatever he asked. You sure know how to hire the best.

Provided by YP.comIt was a chilly December night when we found that our water pipes in the attic had frozen and busted. In a panic, we got on the internet and typed "plumber in Madison GA". We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was a company, Royal Flush Plumbing, Inc, who had a local office over near the highway. We called them and were surprised again when a human, not a voice mail, answered the phone at 11:30pm. The gentlemen on the phone was extremely polite and reassuring, even going as far as telling me not to panic because I had called the right people. He took down my address and, after reassuring me again that they were one of the best companies for plumbing in Madison GA, he dispatched his technician to our home. Roughly 40 minutes later, a handsome man of maybe 40 years, named Chip, arrived at our home. After introducing himself at the door he stopped to put some plastic covers over his boots and even though I told him we were not worried about him staining our carpet, he said it mattered to him. He then came into our home and we showed him the way to the hideaway attic ladder. He made it into the attic and inspected the problem. He then climbed down and explained to us that a CPVC pipe had ruptured and a section of it would need to be cut out and replaced. He quoted us $195 to do this work and explained that also covered the hour he would have to wait for the glue to dry. We gave him the go ahead to repair the leak and he did it. Afterwards, he gave us the bill and he had knocked $20 off of it stating that it was a little easier than he had planned (awesome, huh) That's pretty much it. What more could I have asked for out of a plumber in Atlanta. How could I not refer him out to my friends when they have problems with their water heaters or sewer lines or water lines or even there toilets or faucets. Go ahead and keep doing what you are doing Royal Flush. You guys rock!
