This groomer injured a puppy and did not notify the owners. They placed stitches in the dogs neck and covered it with a bandana. The owners did not know about the injury until they found it layer at home. No notification to a vet or the owners on a holiday weekend. They are now not answering the phone or email messages. They are unprofessional and unethical!!

I was taking my Sammy to Renee since around 2000, she was almost always alone yet I was a jerk who called the day I wanted a haircut, she seemed to squeeze him in. the 13+ years I don't remember a price increase and most importantly Sammy loved going there, and he liked to leave his own tip on the lawn.

I have been taking my pet to claws & paws for 11 yrs. I am very happy with the sevice that Renee always provides. She is courteous, professional and is open when she says she is going to be open. The time given to pick up my pet is the time that he is ready. She is affordable and cares very deeply about the animals that she grooms.
