I have never had a better tow service to tow my vehicle. My driver was Glenn this morning, showed up on time, extremely professional & very knowledgeable about what could of been wrong with my vehicle. Even told me what the issue was. Got my vehicle to the dealership without a single bit of damage. Thank You Elite, you will be the ONLY company I will be using in the future to tow my vehicle. Oh & the ladies, I belive their names were: Kourtney & Brittany in the office we're so polite & professional. I have not had better customer service or professionalism from an company I have ever use for any services. Keep up the Great Work Elite Road Service & Recovery. I will recommend you to everyone i know. Highly recomment calling them for all your roadside needs.

Driver came to site. He was late to site. I ran out of gas. I have paid Road Side Assistant plan via Chrysler. Driver asked for money and when I told him I would need to call Chrysler to confirm I had to pay. Driver drove off. I call the location to speak with someone (Elite Road Service and Recovery). The young lady who answered to telephone said I yelled at the driver. I did not yell at the driver. She basically called me a liar when I told her he said I had to pay him. She said "her driver would not lie" she has known him a long time. I would stay clear from this organization/company. The driver was out to earn some Extra cash. I called Chrysler Road Side Assistance. The customer service person stated I did not have to pay for gas up to two gallons.

The driver arrived on time, was VERY courteous and was able to get my car going without needing to be towed.

Brittany S is a paid for ad and is full of crap. My wife called our roadside service they maid the call to this joke of a company and Elite decided to finally call us back an hour and a half after we maid the claim... after a very rude phone call from their service desk asking if I still needed help I waited another hour and still no show... we called and canceled the service... I will never use their service again ... good luck with this company.

After dealing with two horrible tow truck companies, AllState contacted this company. I called around 5:15am and I was told my ETA would be between 6:24am and 6:34am. I was a little concerned after googling the company and reading the other reviews but my experience was totally different. The driver (I wish I got his name because he was so friendly and helpful) was there BEFORE 6:24!!! He arrived at 6:14am!!!! I thanked him for showing up, because a LOT of these companies don’t bother to show up or even have the courtesy to tell the truth about their whereabouts. When he finished mounting the car on the tow truck, I was back inside my home and he was already driving off before 6:34am. I am ever so grateful to him and Elite for being so professional and courteous. And none of that creepy hitting on you mess that some of those drivers add to their “services”. Definitely would recommend!!!!

The rating would be no star at all. Terrible experience with Elite Road Service today 7/17/18. The ETA was 45 min. I waited 1 ½ hrs they never came. I called their company they accused me of not being available. I had to resubmit another towing claim through road serve. I would NEVER recommend this towing service to anyone. Please read the other reviews with same experience as mine.I let the road service company know.

My State Farm roadside assistance contracted them to assist me. They NEVER showed. I never got an update, phone call, nothing! I tried contacting the correspondence # that State Farm gave me and never got a response. I called State farm back, they hung up on them at one point and then kept telling them 20 more min for over 3 hrs! Terrible service! If you are not able to get to someone in a reasonable amount of time, don't be greedy, just say you're too busy, and you can't take it so another service can take care of it!! Never again!

Terrible experience with Elite Road Service. Our Liberty Mutual Representive was hung up on. We waited over 4 hrs for towing that never arrived. We had to resubmit another towing claim through our insurance. I would NEVER recommend this towing service to anyone. Please read the other reviews with same experience as ours. The new 6/22/18 review must be a false experience because they are desperate to fix their image/reputation.

Company was very prompt about their time, gave a 90 minute eta, I called to just confirm the time with Elite Road Service, and the lady Brittany I spoke with did made me aware a driver would be there within in 90 minutes, but in case something was to happen, there is a 15 minute window. She assured me she was getting someone there as fast as she could. She was extremely helpful and very nice. The driver that I had was named Mike and he was extremely professional and did apologize about the wait even tho he was within his time frame. Got my car picked up and dropped off without damaging my vehicle. I have never had better customer service experience. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE! Thank You for your amazing service.

Was told gonna be one hour wait after waiting over 3 hours they still didint show up. Every time when I call them they said it's gonna be another 30 minutes. Joke not a company

Very poor customer service. Running over ETA. No followup call to notify me that the driver is running late.

Over 4 hour wait, was told it would be less than 2. Highly recommend staying away from this company if you’re looking for a speedy tow.

Wow they are a bunch of liars who just make you wait around. I had to call 3 times and they even told me one time that driver is about to pull up lol what a joke u guys made me go through hell that day but it’s ok I still feel blessed.

THIS ONE IS AWFUL!!!

I called and scheduled a tow at 12:40pm and they gave me an ETA of 2:25pm. I realize they give you a far out set time to give themselves room not to disappoint but it�s not 2:50pm and I called back to inquire about an update and the operator says it�ll be another 35 minutes until someone gets to me.

That�s outrageous and ridiculous. FIND ANOTHER TOW SERVICE!!!

AWFUL! Had a tow set up with them through my insurance company. These lousy mfs were supposed to show up at 10, they didn’t get to me until 12. Each time I called to see what the holdup was, they told me “20 minutes” every time. DONT USE THIS TOW SERVICE.

At 2:20 pm September 25th i called my insurance company after finding my front right tire flat and no spare. My insurance company contacted Elite Road Service and they gave me an ETA OF 3:35. Waiting in 90 degree weather 3:35 came slowly. At 4:00 i personally called Elite Road Service the lady on the phone answered the phone in a rude tone telling me it would only be another 20 minutes and they had a set back due to a previous call. After waiting in the 90 degree weather at 4:30 i called my insurance company and they called them and was given another 20 minute wait time as well stating no one else was in front of me and the tow truck was on its way to me. I waited a whole hour and still no sign of a tow truck at 5:26 i decided to call Elite Road Service myself and inquire about not only their service but their customer service the woman on the phone by the name of Lindsey showed me the worst customer service i have ever seen. She seemed to think me waiting in 90 degree weather for 3 hours on a tow truck was amusing never once showing any once of sympathy or apologize for the inconvenience they were causing in an already stressful situation. I explained that i was watching the map and the tow truck was in the area of Malyn Blvd and Kelly Rd. and not moving towards me. on Big Beaver rd. She instantly became aggressive telling me to not watch the map and telling me i am not their only customer and using the word ignorant. After experiencing a panic attack and having to be assisted by fellow drivers the insurance company canceled the job and sent another tow truck who arrive promptly after.

They are awesome! AAA referred other company 3 hours passed called cancelled me for asking how long. USAA referred Elite. They were at my hour within 30 minutes. Guys professional and quick. Woman on phone so awesome and nice. Thank you Elite!!

State Farm Used them and the eta was 456 pm. Called in at 250 pm. 645 pm still no show. Used all kinds of excuses after calling them 4 times . I also got hung up on the last time I called. Way to go guys that's how u run a business.

Just dealt with them impeding traffic in a subdivision. I'm not a client but I am very annoyed with the unprofessionalism. While unloading a challenger into a driveway they spent 10 minutes after unloading the car talking and fiddling with the trunk. Meanwhile traffic coming off of Van dyke was held hostage to his laziness. I called to complain because when we finally honked to have him at least pull the truck up he stood there staring at us and then continued to block traffic. When I called the person on the phone was rude and disrespectful, didn't apologize for anything. Then hung up on me.

Absolutely horrible!! I got hung up on!! Because apparently a 3 hour wait after a 1.5 hour eta is not worthy of complaining. Avoid and do not use!! By far my worst experience!!
