If I could have given zero stars, I would have. First I brought my daughter there to do a Bob cut and it was un even and I told the lady she said it was because my daughter was sitting funny and it just looked that way. I get home, give her a bath and realized my 3 year old could have done better. I brought my daughter back up there and they acted like it was my problem. Then the only way to fix it would have been to shave a little of the back of her head. My daughter is 6 she doesn't need a 20 year olds hair style. Then months later I go there and there was different workers and I was getting a simple cut. I just wanted a trim and side bangs. Well needless to say people there can not cut hair. My hair is un even and side bangs are suppose to be long well my bangs are in the middle of my forehead. Can't fix that.

The place was very nice and neat. She did excellent job on my hair...
