I just moved and needed a new dry cleaners so I just decided to try Krystal's Cleaners because it was the closest to my new house. Big mistake! They didn't have my clothes ready by the promised day/time so now I'm left without anything to wear to work tomorrow. Also, at my old dry cleaners you can pick up your stuff by last name or phone number but here they expect a ticket in hand. What a headache... I guess I will have to use my lunch break to come back again tomorrow because I have school right after work tomorrow.

This is the best place to go for cleaning, my clothes always look top notch when I receive them. Good prices, Excellent Quality.

The owner is so friendly. She always asks me how its going. i love her work. its very professional. if you need to go to a dry cleaners, go to this one because im a frequent customer and i couldnt be happier with the work she does.

This place is simply unprofessional. The owner didn't greet me even though I said hi and was very rude when she talked to me the entire time. I ended up taking my clothes back and told her that I would take my business elsewhere. She was not apologetic and didn't care that I was an upset customer. I DON'T recommend it unless you want to go to an overpriced and unprofessional business.
