Excellent staff, really show the difference in customer care that independent pharmacies can provide. The staff get to know you on a first name basis and wait times are the fastest I've experienced.

If you are someone who values discretion as well as being treated with respect, Medical City Pharmacy delivers a much more personal and caring service compared to the big Pharmacy chains that are so prevalent in MI.

The staff here are very helpful. They go the extra mile for their customer. They called my insurance to get an override for my medication in less than 5 minutes. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all my questions.
