I stopped by this place monday because a friend recommended it. I thought what it so special about this place arent they all the same? Nope this place is fast and easy....good name for it.

A few weeks ago I took my car in for a standard car wash. I have been a customer here for a number of years and have never had a problem. This time, however, the drying mechanism scratched the hood and front bumper of my car causing between $250-500 worth of damage. As soon as I noticed it (the next day), I brought it to the attention of their manager, Sean. He assured me that 'his machines could not do this damage.' I explained that it absolutely had to be 'his' machines, as nothing else had been on the hood of my vehicle since getting the car wash. Regardless, I filled out a claim and both Sean and I took photos of the damage in question. He assured me that I could speak with the owner when she returned from GA. I called and tried to reach her (or anyone else who could assist me) repeatedly and eventually they began screening my calls. When I finally reached Sean from an outside line, he told me that I should hear from their insurance agency in a matter of about a week. It's been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a letter or even acknowledgement of any wrongdoing on their part. I received two different price quotes from reputable collision company's both telling me that from their experience, they have no doubt that the damage on my car is from a car wash mechanism. They also said that in their experience, most 'reputable' company's would want to cover the cost of repairs, so as to keep their loyal customers. I hardly think that ignoring/screening my calls and essentially calling me a liar, is treating their customers with any degree of loyalty. I will NOT be recommending this car wash to anyone and will certainly be spreading the word of their unprofessionalism and less than poor customer service.

Had an oil leak on my 2012 car, which I thought was warranty related, so I took it to the deal to have them check it out. To my surpise they told me the oil filer was leaking.They charged me $76.00 dollars to change the filter and top the engine with oil. I spoke to James at Quick & Easy who took my information, contacted the owner and I have yet to hear from them. Update: They no longer give out free a free car wash.
