Looks like a lovely store with lots of selection. The clerk was very nice and polite but didn't seem to know much about hookahs--Other than telling me several times that more were coming in on Friday. I selected one, helped her get it into the box (she hadn't a clue) and I left.

When I got home, I couldn't get the hose to fit properly so I returned to the store. A second clerk could not get it to fit properly either and suggested that I hold it in place while using it. I told her that I wanted a refund and then she informed me of the 'no refund' policy. I told her that if the item is not useable, it is not sellable and I wanted a refund. She got on the phone with someone and I kept working on the hose and found how to adjust the seal and it was fine. What I found most telling: Neither young clerk was interested in seeing the adjustment--Something that might have helped the next customer. Next time, I'll just go online.

Awful!!

My wife & I stopped in the new location at 14 & Campbell cause I was interested in purchasing a Vape Pen. We had already done some comparative shopping and I was ready to pull the trigger. After less than 5 minutes in the store and no offer by the clerk (young girl) to try something out she say's in all seriousness "are you going to purchase now because I'm pregnant & starving". Needless to say we left and went back to Wild Bill's up the road in Clawson, where we were treated with respect, and I purchased a complete system. I pity the poor guy that knocked this broad up. Avoid this joint at all costs.

I have never been treated so shabbily by a business before. The owner is never there and never returns calls. He has his little 16 yr old girls with pink hair do his dirty work. I have bought 4 vaporizer kits from him and he does not stand behind what he sells, nor does he refund money on equipment that breaks within a week. I have ordered parts and equipment that never come in and his girls are not in the above average in intelligence category. Take your business elsewhere!

This is a very nice and clean shop Ryan and Amy have always been great to deal with and have helped me out. All they need is to have a better juice tasting selection. I will give 5 stars when have a better juice selection.

Not to big on e-cigs, but purchased one in 2013, rarely used it until it broke today. I go in to buy a new piece "tank" (as the scrawny kid who speeds around like he's on Adderall kept correcting me with) , everything's good he tests it out, I pay he announced no refunds soon as I handed him the money like he won a mind battle. I get in parking lot it's broke... the piece he tested my "tank" with is stuck in what I just bought, so I go in and explain to him, "hey your tester broke into my "tank" now I need another one, and a battery "no refunds" he says, so I said screw it I'll buy an all new tank and battery, and a bottle of menthol regular, he says "we're all out", everything he's responding with is rude and like he's smarter than you, call it "boogie" anyway I said sir there's a bottle right there, he starts getting nervous, apologizing.. he was so quick to say "were out" and try an talk down on me that he wasn't doing his job right, so I'm like look man grab me an an all new kit you're making this difficult I don't care how much I spend you're wasting my time, so I buy it, after him pushing me to the side of the 2 customer line to take care of them first when really I just wanted him to ring it up and leave, he saved me for last to try n belittle be some more, I'm like k duuuude thx can I have a receipt he responses with " why there's no refunds" I reply with "ya you told me 7 times today I still want a receipt" the kid who works there just tries to bully has issues, and it's clear he's on some type of AD HD meds, so never got a receipt, due to him wanting to feel like he won, said he's out of menthol fluid, but I spotted one instantly, "we're out sorry" he says sarcastically so I present him with an Army ID for the items I bought, he says " what.. we don't except this" it's a government ID...., so I run to my car, grab drivers license he stares at it 5 mins, started to get nervous and shaky probably from the adderall, after I hit him with the government ID so now I have bunch if peices I don't need, also the orginal piece he broke and said it's done for I actually fixed it with a safety pin, so I have 2 and half expensive ecigs I rarely use, heh.
If any one reads this it's the scrawny white 4chan hipster lookin kid, if you still go there purposely use wrong item names for what it is you're talking about call something a "plastic piece" watch him cringe and correct you rudely as if you're too dumb to be smoking ecigs, or too old, I'm 27 by the way, yes, yes I over analyze but assure you go in there and say plastic peice����

worst experience ever

I went in to shop for a e-cig. When I tried to ask to see some of their products I was asked if I planned on buying one right now. I said I would like to buy one I just want to know some more about what they do and which one I should buy based on what you might recommend. She rudely said that she couldn't answer any more questions about the e-cigs unless I'm buying one right now. I was shocked. She said its company policy not to answer questions about them. How am I supposed to make an informed decision. Don't you want to sell me a product. The girl said again im not answering any more questions. That tells me their products are crap.

I had the displeasure of trying to buy some tobacco from this store today. When I walked through the door I didn't even have the chance to take 2 steps before I was rudely stopped and carded. Once the worker girl had my I.D. she literally studied it for over a minute before giving it back to me. So, once she decided that it wasn't a fake I.D., she proceeded to follow me around the store like I was a criminal and was about to try to steal something. She was within 2 feet of me, hovering over me with every step I took. So, it's not bad enough that I was treated like a some kind of identity thief, cigarette stealing crook, but once I found what I was looking for and tried to pay with my prepaid credit card (gift card), I was handed some B.S. story about how I couldn't pay for it because it didn't have my name on it, and their machine wouldn't recognize it. So, all in all, this was probably the worst, insulting, and aggravating experiences I have had in a long time. Thanks for nothing!
