I really love this store!
I was sent here from Porter Bottle Company to buy some Beauty Supplies the other day and I was blown away! Plus the people were really nice which I really liked.
They had so many supplies that I needed that I had come back the next day because we ran out of room in the car and had to come back.

What a Great Place!!!

First, I looked up there hours online before I went, sacrificed a little time from my job to go all the way up there for this place to be closed. UPDATE Your info please!! Then, I go on my only off day which was a Sunday just to be mistreated! It was very crowded! When I went before they asked for my license just right before checkout now they hawk you don't at the door! I stood in numerous lines asking abt certain products because they gave out flyers at the door with their daily deals but on the shelves promotions were different. I was last to get helped in every line! They were short staffed therefore the same person had to keep helping so I guess I got on her nerves asking simple questions. I asked what was the closest color they had to Tammy Taylor p3 in their store brand which was on sale? The lady tells she couldn't help me with that because majority of the people who use Tammy Taylor are the unlicensed girls that shop at their local beauty supply! When you hawked me down for my license at the door! WOW! I like what I like for my own personal reasons. I also inquired abt a few different brands of brushes she also told me that they all were the same. If you have been here before you know they have a large showcase of brushes & she had the nerve to tell me that they all were the same. This man was ringing this lady up when she was telling me this & he helped me afterwards. My experience here at y&b ended with an Arguement with this lady because i heard her talking abt me stating I was there to long & no one could afford to stop & keep assisting me. Do you hear that? I spent $420 in this store & $700 the visit before this. I could not believe the way I was being treated.

Horrible service. Are you guys wholesale only? If so, starting when? My best friend and I LOVED this place. We used to go all the time and buy about 40-50 dollars worth of nail polish. Our most recent visit was however was horrible and overall offensive. We drove an hour through traffic to get to our favorite nail supply store only to be kicked out. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by "May I help you?" ( with an attitude I must add). I politely said, " No, we're just looking. Thank you! :-)". I was received by, " No, we're wholesale only.". I asked why? Because we've both shopped here before. All I got was look of "get the hell out." We left in disappointment and anger. I know wholesale would bring you guys "better business", but business is business. That is NO WAY to treat your customers. If you guys ARE wholesale only. What sign on your windows says that you are?

I also see on your website that you only sell to "Students and professionals". My mother is a professional cosmetologist and has been for 10 years. I could have bought stuff for her store. All you guys did was take one look and me and my best friend and judged us. I hope you rethink on how you run your business, if not. I'm pretty sure you're going to end up like the rest of the nail supply stores on buford highway.

Nasty place. Don't waste your money here. Go to Skyline Beauty Supply (31075 John R Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071). This place is much better.

I love shopping at Y & B nail supply! They have so many choices to choose from and they have so much in stock. If you have the chance you should visit at least once. I did and I fell in love with it.

The best nail supply in the world. they have everything . Always fully stocked and super clean and organized.

The customer service is excellent!!! you 'll be amazed. make sure bring your list and lots of $
