Very upset with the service I have received the past two visits. After purchasing a new set of tires I was promised I would receive a free rotate and balance every 5,000 miles. Both times I get the rotation, but no balance. This last visit I specifically asked if the balance was included and the workers response was yes then watched and all that was done was the rotate. I left with my car riding worse than when I had arrived. Both visits I have asked to check a tire that keeps going completely flat knowing it is a valve stem issue. Same answer "I know this is gonna sounds stupid, but we still can't find anything." Very disappointed in the deal I thought I had gotten when I purchased these tires.
