This place is ridiculous. It's supposed to be an urgent care however you can expect to wait an hour or longer if they don't tell you to make an appointment and come back later. They take more appointments than they do walk-ins which means you wait forever to be seen when you do walk in. I will not use this place ever again!

I go to the local emergency room and my Primary Care Physican only when I have an appt. or think it might be my heart. First Stop in Madison is my first stop for my and my husband's other health needs. They are friendly, fast and efficient. There diagnosis and treatment is always accurate. You could ask for no place better than First Stop. When my PCP retires, they will definetly be my Primary Care Provider.

I have always found people in medical field have trouble smiling but not First Stop Urgent Care in

Madison,In. The lady at front desk and doctors made me really fill "WELCOME" to have me as a customer. I have some serious medical problems but when I left there they did not seem to be on mind so mush as before they really care and want every one to go there at least one time and I promise you go back 5 thumbs up from me.
