I recently spent a weekend here and was very impressed. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The buffet was excellent and the gift shop carried a good selection of gift items and some of the things that people often forget to pack. The view of the river from my room was beautiful. There was also a place for a campfire and plenty of wood available. If the weather was not cooperating they had games, a television and lots of comfortable places to sit and read or talk. I will definately go back.
